Am I being unrealistic that it should be less? They charged me $100 for a weld that lasted a mere 10 miles (the one on the front has held, but the support in the back broke within 10 miles). I know the support needs to be replaced or it will crack at the pipe again, but I can't get the bolt out to put the new hanger on.

Thanks-

I would just install the system myself and clamp it all together, then have a friend or a shop weld it.

x2. Clamps will always leak a little bit but for the cost of the shop to do it you could go buy a cheap welder and weld it all back together yourself.

Thats how I first started welding, with an $84 Harbor Freight machine. I did soooo many exhaust jobs with that thing, it saved me countless dollars.

If you look hard enough, you might find someone that'll do it for like $20. Place near me will, I've just been too lazy and couldn't be bothered since my header is cracked.

One last question, how bad are the greasable u joints? I can get greasable 1310s for $15 a pop with free shipping. Well.. they would be shipped to a store a couple miles away from my house and then I'd go pick them up. So technically they shipping is free
Nah, get the non grease spicers . How often you gonna grease them. I like the solid ones

So my battery gauge has been showing between the 1/4 mark and 1/2 mark. I swear it used to be at the half (14) mark. And when i last went wheeling he battery kept falling, and went down to the 1/4th mark.

On a side note, i destroyed a little 325 beemer from a stop light today. Very impressed with stock gears and 33/12.50s.

Check your battery cables and the charging system

As long as the fan is plugged in and works, it will turn on when needed.
