Sweet guys found some clear corner lights and turn signal ones. What is the easiest way to get brighter headlights? Without swapping harnesses and all that? New bulb?

Brighter headlights:
Get the harness that you for some reason don't want.

You're losing a significant amount of power because the current runs through the headlight switch in the dash before hitting your lights. It will also cause your headlight switch to melt if you put in more powerful lights.

Get the harness. Get H4 bulbs and DOT approved housings (Hella, Rampage, etc).

They also sell regular bulbs ive heard that sometimes because leds use less voltage than normal bulbs that the turn signals will blink fast because they think the bulb is dying but I have their normal chromed turn signal bulbs they flash amber but if u have clear housings it looks better than a big ugly orange bulb lol

I have the same chrome bulbs in the Camaro. Yes, LEDs tend to make the turn signals blink faster because there's less resistance. On the Camaros, we use a no load flasher. I would think XJs would be the same.

So xj won't go unless revved to 3k then it will engage and only stay on when gas is steadily applied? Any other possible causes besides the tps.
