That's the one I have saved. Only one I know of. Lol.

I don't see why a Remix engine could do it. Don't they use an AC bracket from a renix ? I'll have to reread that its been a while.
Used Renix parts to do the relocation on '95 and '00 HOs:

My method involved using a pre 91 Renix style AC bracket.

I keep reading it and getting more confused he says he used a pre 91 ac bracket but then does the mock up and what not on one from a 95. So is the alyernator bracket whats from a pre 91 or the ac bracket ?

I have a 91 so i always thought id need to get a renix pre91 ac bracket. And then use my existing alternator bracket fitted to it. Now i dunno.

It seems like you should be able to do it with either. Use your existing alt bracket, remove ac, make alt brack fit flush and even with the serp belt, drill hiles, bolt it together.

But I have a Renix which uses a different alt and brackets. I want confirmation it'll work because everything I've seen says HO only.

Have you looked at a tj 4.0 alt bracket? They are top mount and work with xj 4.0 ho's but like you said, not sure about the renix.

You win the internet today. Looks like it'll work fine with the mechanical fan in there, too, if I get a slightly longer belt than he used.

Do you think that's enough contact with the fan pulley? The 91+ mod looks like it has about the same contact patch and it just doesn't look like enough. I originally intended to get rod of the mech fan so it didn't matter but I changed my mind.

When cutting the fenders right under head light bezel, what is the most effective way to avoid rust? Putting a bedliner on? I really like the look, but with winters here I'm not sure if it would be a good idea. fwi I will keep the flares on, just cut them at the same place I would cut the fender.

Now I'm doubting it.

RE or Bilstein shocks? And where can I get something to eliminate the stud on front shocks so I can use rear shocks instead? Or would I just be better off making something...
