Lol. So what you bought some used JK wheels? Didn't realize you needed adapters? Just resell them. Those 17" (18" ?) Diameter tires aren't cheap anyways. You could probably resell for what you got in them or even make some money. Then get some wheels that fit.

...or buy adapters.

If they're 16" Moabs, they came from a TJ Rubicon which has 5x4.5" BP. JKs have 17" wheels.

EDIT: I was thinking of a different post. Don't mind me...although this is accurate info.

Don't waste money on 3" spacers. Spacers on stock old *** springs suck. Same with shackles and stock leaf springs. Pay the price and do it right the first time. Spending double hurts. Trust I know. I wish I never did spacer and shackles 2 yrs ago.

Im just confused on the drain plug replacement, are u supposed to replace it when u change tranny oil? I didnt see anything on how to replace it.
The reason it's tightening the. Spinning is because the threads have been reamed out. Get a new plug. It may my leak now but it isn't fully tight and can back out.

Is it okay to run tires that are worn uneven? My buddy has nice set of wheels with decent tires that I am considering buying but two are studded (hardly any stud left) and the other two are worn unevenly to one side. Would it cause any problems if I ran those tires? I was thinking I'd put the uneven ones on the back until they are close to even.

How uneven. Not sure if it will cause an unbalanced wobble or have good grip because of it.

Replace the crush washer every time, the plug only if you overtighten it and strip it.
