I got 104" of 1AWG cable and new brass terminals shipped for about $135. I priced at Lowe's, and 1AWG is over $1/ft here, and they would have to order it. Then I'd have to cut and assemble everything.
His prices are very fair; it's just an expensive upgrade.
(I ordered RXJ-242-D(1). B+ to starter, B+ to starter relay/distribution, B- to block, Block to firewall, B- to fender. All 1AWG for my Renix)
When I first looked at his site I was wondering why prices were so high until I seen I was only looking on the 1awg side.

Copper is ****ing expensive lol. The power feed for one of our colocated suites was like $50k just for the cables.

4AWG is 88¢/ft at the local Lowe's. Still a good deal. I'm doing 1AWG so I don't have to worry about it in the future.

1/2" by 8" solid copper bar. Talk about pricey. I can't afford to buy a 1ft section of it.

Will a stock driveshaft out of my 91 with a 242 fit in my 99 with a 231 ? I'm pretty sure splines are the same, I think it might be too short though.
I put (actually still putting) a 231 with sye in the 91 and its got brand new joints in it. My 99 could use some new ujoints on the rear driveshaft.

My Jeep smells of burnt clutch after driving it through my neighborhood, and I've been going easy on it. Should I be looking forward to getting a new one soon? It's a POS light-duty one anyways so I'm more than ready to replace it with an HD one.
