New windshields in both cars a couple months ago. It was so great until it rained and they got water spots.

Haha. No full coverage here.

I do have a friend of a friend that works at an auto glass place.

I just bought new, beam style good *** wiper blades a week and a half ago, they were perfect and streak free, now they're streaking in the same places, little tiny ones, like the windshield is grainy or some ****.

I love Rain-Ex. Hardly ever use the wipers.

Any welding ever done on the roof?

I welded on the top of my roof and my ******* never considered slag rolling down the windshield so now it's pitted as hell. But it's obvious that was the issue.

None that I know of. There's a dealer installed sunroof, so maybe some pitting a from a grinder when they cut the whole? Lol

Honestly when looking at it, it reminds me of what bugs do to paint if they aren't cleaned soon enough.

Oh, and I've never used the actual rain-ex treatment, but I use the fluid that has it in it. Maybe I should try the rain-ex treatment stuff.

It needs to be clean first. Try one of those non-stick safe dish sponges with the scrubber on it. Test it in a small spot first and make sure it doesn't scratch then put some elbow in it and scrub the **** off.

Default Jeep pulls to the right after 15 miles on the highway

Hi there please can someone help I have a Cherokee 97 and it drives fine on short distances but as soon a you get on the highway steady 50 for about 15 miles a strange noise from under and then it pulls sharp right then stops and does it again 5 seconds later until you stop for a few minutes and then it's ok again for a few more miles
Any ideas?
Thanks
Paul

Sounds like a plan.

Has anyone even heard of clay bar and wax on a windshield? I swear someone was talking about it on CF but I could be mistaken.

I had to use laquer thinner on a windshield once. Cleaned up pretty nice. Might give that a shot.

Sounds like a caliper is sticking, probably the passenger side. Lol.

I'd be scared to get it on the paint.

Sounds like the right front caliper is dragging and heating up, then seizing.

It's like a grinding sound and vibrating it feels like its coming from the diff? Stopped and checked the brakes and they did not feel excessively hot on one side
I did notice that the cv boot was not attached so I have re packed it with grease and secured could it be the bearing ?

Check the brakes first... Pull the wheel off and check them.
