ok so i got a quick question. im gonna upgrade my headlights, i want to do the HID conversion kit from xenonheadlights.net but not sure if i should go that route. what is anyones views on the H4 conversion kits. i dont do much off roading due to where i live but do want a brighter bulb cause street lighting sucks. also i would do the HID kit for fun, i guess, but what its the napa model number, or other store, for the headlight housing. thanks in advance

Edit: if anyone has suggestion for brighter bulbs without the $200 for HID, that price includes the HID kit and the Open Bulb housing. i would do the Housing conversion plus H4 bulb but how much brighter is that that the silverstars

Well, I regapped the #2 plug, made sure all of the wires were in place and removed and replaced the wire going to the ignition coil. I've driven at least 30 miles since and no misfire code. Thanks for everyone's help with this.
Now onto the death wobble

he probably is talking about the breather tube hole on the back side (pinion side) but the breather tube is not there anymore.

Looking to clean/replace my drivers side door lock switch, but am unable to remove JUST the master window switch part.. I don't want to take the entire door panel off if I don't have to. Is there a easy way to get just the switch panel off?

I've searched and can find how to remove the door panel, but nothing about just the switch. Please tell me there is an easier/quicker way!

That is true didn't think of that, he should see the tube hanging though under the driver side unless the previous owner for some reason removed it

What should i do? My engine tends to run real hot when on the freeway. . .anything over 65mph heats it up. The engine runs close to 230 degrees which is way to warm. . . i have an 89' jeep cherokee with an open cooling system and an electric fan.. . Is there anything i can do so it will stay cooler?

Exclamation Serpentine belt whoopin' my........

I for the life of me CAN NOT loosen the bolt (in the center of the pulley under the P/S pump) that lets me loosen the tension to change my belt. I'm starting to strip the bolt.........if i can remove the electric fan i could use a rachet instead of a wrench, but i dont know how to disconnect the harness without breaking the red tab keeping it in place. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Thanks,
no i was LOLing because it was pretty obvious. Anyway the PO could have unplugged that because of some electrical problem with the fan. You have to investigate.

I know how you feel, I replaced my belt yesterday. Same thing. After almost an hour of lots wd40, some hammering and jerking around I managed to get the bastard out. These seem to get stuck. After I loosened mine, It started coming off, with out loosening the belt at all. Some more hammer and it finally did. Then the belt going around the fan to run over the alternator dive was also a pain to do right.
Good luck...
