Dash vents. You've got a vacuum issue if it's coming out the defrost vents. Ususally, it's an issue between the small vacuum line that goes through the passenger side firewall and the little vacuum ball behind the passenger side bumper. I relocate the ***** to under the coolant bottle, eliminating all those lines that are prone to cracking.
I had this problem when I did my front bumper, I took off the ball and stuck a bolt in the end of the hose. Works great. Lol

Trailer Wiring
I have a 1999 xj that originally had a 7 blade connector plug for the trailer lights. The plug was very corroded and broken so I just cut it off. The wires sticking our of my jeep are all still good and I was wondering what each of them does and how I would be able to put a 4 pole connector on them seeing how that's the connector on my trailer. The colors are: Yellow, green, black, blue, black w/blue stripe, brown, and red w/green stripe. I have looked everywhere and can't find anything on this configuration of wires. I tried starting the jeep and having my brother step on the brakes and operate the blinkers while I used an electrical tester on them to see what they did but had no luck. Can you guys help me out?

Normally it is a small 2x3 box with wires in and out.

If you're not using the stock air box then you might as well go straight from the engine to the passenger side firewall.
