Has anybody move their radio into the center console? I'm thinking of moving mine in front of the shifter, I know there is a heater duct, just don't know where else to move it

Ok... so im putting in a new timing set in my 98 XJ. I thought, when we replaced my motor, we put in a 99 Grand 4.0. I bought a timing set and the gear hole is to big for mine. I purchased a 98 xj set... same thing. Im lost.

Hi everybody,
I Just picked up a 2001 60th aniversary XJ 1 owner, and wonder if the viper alarm installed in it is OEM, doesnt has the Chrysler fob, only Viper 4 buttoms and valet 2 buttom for the spare key also has a kind of kill swith under the dash and a red led light in the dash.
Please reffer to pic for the FOB .
Thanks in advance.

Viper alarms weren't offered as a factory option. Give me a second, and I'll give you a link.

EDIT: Go here, fill out the info, and tell them you want a build sheet for your Cherokee. It'll give you a list of every option it had when it left the factory.

OK well i went out to see if the noise is still there today and nothing. It runs perfect no weird sounds.

I did however order a precision fuel sending unit from orielly. I priced Napa and other places for boshe and Napa sending units and they were $200+. I'll replace it every 2 years for $100 compared to the $200+ price for one with the same 1 year warranty.

If you want to cut em. Then sure. Just use a hand saw.
