Name WAS Perseus. Changed it to Princess and it works just fine. Being as her lineage is German Dobermans and because of the way she acts with me, she is now Princess Von Velcro. Excellent dog. Craigslist for free from a fellow Jeeper who couldn't spen enough time with her due to a new job.

I just wouldn't let it get going too fast to start. Pop the 4 ways on and take it easy.

Next step. I would get a wire from positive battery terminal and touch the wire on the little screw with a wire on the starter.
If starter turns (assuming starting is working fine and all connections are fine) your starter relay is on the fritz
that's the thing. Its a new starter. New relay. I've got a new ignition switch, also.

Put the Jeep in park, turn the key on, climb under there and jump the starter with a screw driver. Report back with whether or not it starts.

Jump the two top bolts in this picture.

Just because it's a new start doesn't mean it's good but the issue is most likely elsewhere. Do some diagnostics instead of throwing parts at it.

Don't get run over.

It's great when people are vague and get mad at the answers they receive. Is it custom to not be specific about your jeep
