Yes. I just used it a couple hours ago. Half in the gas tank and the other half in the intake through the brake booster line. Pop the line off the brake booster and pour it in slowly whole someone keeps the revs up. Then shut it off and wait 10 minutes then drive it like you stole it. The more white smoke the better

Keep it out of the oil, it will clean things you don't want cleaned

Bass isn't directional. It doesn't matter where you put the subs, they'll sound good anywhere. You don't want it under the seats like everyone else said because there's no room. Just put them in the back in an enclosure with the right specs.

Remember that old riddle about "How do you know when it's time for a new fence?" and the answer is "When an elephant sits on it."?

Well my question is not a riddle and no pachyderms were harmed in arriving at the current condition.

You see, my stock '99 has 183K miles on it, is on it's 2nd round of shock replacements (Monroe SensaTracs) and the stock rear leaf springs are healthy, as I replaced those a few years ago during the 1st round of shock replacements.

Seriously though, how do I determine if my front OEM coil springs need to be replaced? Is there a simple measurement method or do you forego that and replacement is just something you should do based on miles, years and overall duty conditions?

I would just eye ball it, is your jeep pretty level?
Coils don't seem to deteriorate as fast as leafs

Thanks Mr. Wiggles.

Yeah, it appears to sit level but has bottomed hard on some Boston bumps a few times in the past couple weeks. New shocks are on order, and I'll proceed with replacing those, but the spring question has been haunting me. I was thinking what the hell since it seems I've replaced so many other things...

Here are a couple of photos (not too old) to help gauge how level it sits. One is a side-by comparo to a puff 2000 for reference (my '99 is on the right)...

Anybody running rough country's adj. Trac bar ( the one with the tie rod end not the heim) it's the "newer style" with the bigger tubing and tre. The one they sent me, the axle side bushing is about 1/2" narrower than the axle mount. Anyone else have this issue

Once a year won't hurt. Some even toss half in the gas tank every oil change

Thank You Wiggles! You probably just saved me a couple hundred bucks - plus the pain of rework...of course, we Jeep masochists sort-of like that kind of pain...just not this time.

I'm looking for an exhaust hangar. It's the rubber piece right by the transfer case where you stick a pin into it to hold the exhaust. It has broken two exhaust front pipes. What happens is the exhaust pipe vibrates into the transfer case brace and it causes the hanger weld on the pipe to crack and break. Any ideas where I can find it?
