Really? I searched it and everything i seen said 7mm 12pt. The 7mm I had fit it perfect, except it was hex (6pt, whatever). It just spun around it, i figured because it wasn't pointy enough. Lol.

If its spinning its too big eh. Right size hex won't fit on, every 2nd point will be in the middle of the flat hex sides.

Definitely used 1/4" on a D35 in a 98 ZJ.

Hey guys so i built a set pf half doors for my 88 xj using the old doors off my 93.
When i have my full doors on i have no issues with door clearance.
Now when i put my driver side half door latch will not catch the pin. Because the door is jammed against the front fender

The hinges on the body are welded so i cant pull out the door that way. Is there any way to adjust the door with out having to build a huge set of shims ?

Aligning the hinges is not the problem, when the lock mech is out of the door every thing lines up perfectly and my other doors work great . Just the striker pin dose not reach the latch on the half doors. Ill post pics Tmr if it helps.

Default BLEDING OUT

Okay so my brothers 01 sport is having problems holding an AC charge, you charge it up and it stays cold for a few days then it bleeds out somewhere. Can anyone help me or tell me the most common spot the AC system leaks and what else to check, we have used the UV dye but cannot find the leak, any help would be great.

This leaks.

but you can't see it because it's inside this box.

and you can't see this box because it's behind here.

If you want to be sure before you tear into it you can have someone charge the system and check the evaporator with a sniffer but I can about promise you that's where it's going.

Replace the heater core while it's all apart.
