I'm assuming you are talking about coolant coming from the heater core. That is a common problem with 2 ways to fix it.

1. Pull the dash out and replace the heater core. If you can't do it yourself yes it is pricey.

2. You can bypass it by taking the 2 hoses going to the firewall under the hood and hooking them together. But like stated before you would not be able to use the heater this way.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

Start here:It's #10 in my link below.

Cruiser’s Trans Plug Refreshing

Over near the transmission dipstick tube are 2 rather large connectors. One is black and the other gray. These 2 connectors carry all the info between TPS, TCU, NSS, speed sensor, and transmission solenoids.
Unplug each one, visually inspect for corrosion or bent pins, spray them out with electrical contact cleaner and plug them back in.

Additionally, if your Jeep is an 87 to 90 Renix, it’s always a good idea to reach up under the glovebox area and unplug the connector to the TCU and spray it out along with the receptacle of the TCU. While you’re there, find the fuse right in that area for the TCU. Remove it and spray out it’s receptacle and clean any corrosion from the fuse.

Does it overheat above or below 15mph? (In traffic or highway?)

Quick question to anyone who has dealt with trackbar death wobble

ive got the death wobble :/

i took it to the shop (les schwab) and they said they'd fix it for 300, but only replace the trackbar and pitman arm

i figure this project will only take a few hours right? and like half the cost? and its not extremely difficult.

but then i was also considering upgrading to the ZJ components. i have a stock suspension right now, but plan to put on a 3" lift with 31" tires. i will be doing mild offroading but nothing to drastic.

worth it to do the upgrade?

I had death wobble after I lifted my jeep 3 inches. I fixed the track bar bolt hole, upgraded to Rusty's adjustable track bar, upgraded all tie rods and drag links to zj ones and still had it. Then I started replacing control arm bushings and finally got it. Unless your pitman arm is completely shot and loose, don't worry about replacing it. But definitely upgrade to the heavier duty zj components

Prolly not. The spindle on the water pump is prolly two different heights but I'm not completely sure. Water pumps are cheap tho. About 25-30 bucks if I remember correctly. (I went thru 3 in less than a year :/ they are pretty easy to replace too)
