Its the easiest thing you could do.
Remove cotter pins (2)
Remove nuts (2)
Hammer tapered ends out.
Put new rod/ends on
Tighten nuts
Insert cotter pins

OK in tired of my rough ride. I bought BDS white body shocks but the seam like they aren't doing anything for the ride quality. When I installed them I had to pull the shocks apart to extend them. Don't shocks extend by themselves? Also should I just go ahead and buy the Bilstein 5100s from Serious Offroad, are bilsteins really worth it for a 2" lift?

Whitebody shocks are generally all the same. Bilsteins are worth it if you care enough about ride quality to buy them. I'm looking to get a set for my YJ to replace my Black Diamond shocks which don't dampen anything.

Yes, they must've lost their charge. Were they sized correctly for your lift or were they always like that?

They are for 0"-2" lift from BDS. They only have 750 miles on them

My shocks operate as if the body and tube are welded together in place. I want to replace them, but I'm waiting until I get relocation brackets so I don't have to buy shocks twice in different lengths.

I will be getting theses because I have a 90° shackle angle. Also will the bilstein help with cornering?

A shock won't help with cornering, that's what sway bars are for
