How's the tire wear? Any pull to one side while driving?
Not lifted. Tire wear is fine, as far as I can tell... no pulling.

Any late model I've driven hasn't been spectacular about returning to center.

Early models seem to steer with less effort.

Last time you had an alignment?

What tire pressure do you run?

Does the water pump from an 89 fit a 98?

That's right. my 88 was always super easy to park even with 34" tires on it.
My 98 requires me to slow down a little so I have to completely turn it and it still have the near factory size (30").

For different conditions, one is better than the other. isn't every difference about a compromise?

Default Seat Swap

I have a 1990 Jeep cherokee limited. I want to replace the rear folding seat with a 60/40 folding seat. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks for the link. I was going to tackle it from scratch

You know how if you tug on a seat belt really fast it locks up. Well does the XJ seat belts do that?

Looking to purchase a 1999 Cherokee with over 186K miles for my Winter transportation and I'm just curious what issues I should be on the look out for. The AC doesn't work and it will need to be replaced, but what else should I be checking for? I understand one of the regular parts that go out is the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Seller also mentioned that when it's in reverse, it makes a 'little' noise.

Thank you in advance!
