Shackle relocation bracket is rubbing on passenger side. Driver's side is fine. What is the fix to get the shackle to be straight and not rub. My leaf springs have a AAL but they are still sagging. I am going to get new springs this week. Will that fix this issue?

Mine does the same thing. I moved it back a hole -lol- or two. I have the RC adjustable shackles though... You'll have to give up your angle there
Looking for Diagnostics..please
1998 Jeep Cherokee Sp. 5spd 4x4
Runs, but will not rev, if I give it throttle, it dies, i can "pump" it and get intermittent raise of rpm but staggardly. If I add fuel to the intake hose it fires right up with that fuel. Something is blocking it i suppose. Fuel pump is turning on, haven't taken the tank off yet, I know this model has no Inline filter, just wondering if anyone has a trick or some info on a quick fix that at least I could try, before the dreaded tank removal. Gas cap was lost for a few months, but run in-frequently, until someone t-boned our commuter, now relying on jeep for transportation fully. put the gas cap back on and about 60-70 miles later it started dying. has about 4 gallons of gas in it.
So my questions are, Is it common for this to happen being that there's only a screen in the tank, I assume a sock on the bottom, and a filter on the top? secondly is the Valve on the injector bar (air valve) useful? could I disconnect the rear line, and blow out the lines maybe?
Any input would be much appriciated, I live in a small appartment complex and its raining outside, lol, If I can avoid taking the tank off I would be really happy. the auto parts store is several miles away and my funds are limited until next week.
Thanks in Advance!

If that doesn't do it, then you need to test fuel pressure, to see if pump is working right.
re:98 cherokee fuel issues
It may be water in fuel, especially if it sat with no cap on it. Go buy a bottle of HEET, pour that in the tank, then add a few gallons of new fuel. Then let it idle for about 20 minutes to get old fuel out of the lines.

Confused
I own a 99 Grand Cherokee 4.0 just recently I noticed it starting to bog out or hesitate around 40 mph, but if I slam the gas pedal it goes away until I stop again. While its sputtering I can here some kind of clunking but I am not exactly sure where it is coming from. I just moved to Colorado so I was wondering if the altitude change could've messed it up.

I just did new head gasket and all new gaskets throughout the engine cleaned everything up, new exhaust and o2 sensors, new hoses, cleaned the radiator, new rear main seal.. I put new fluids in and went to start it but when it started it acted like I had the gas peddle to the floor. It seemed like the throttle is all the way open,
Has anyone else had a problem like this?
