I just sent a text asking about a bottom dollar.
Supposedly it has a new head and a new trans filter. The interior is pretty nice, no tears, all power things seemed to work. The hood release cable is just laying in the floorboard.
Cosmetically it was better than I was expecting,

Hello people, I am looking to purchase an older Cherokee chief very soon. I have it narrowed down between a 1978 and 1979 both with 360 motor. I found some specs from "automobile-catalog" that states the motor in 1978 was 176HP, and the 1979 as 127HP. What is the deal to lose 50HP? I might have to go with the '78 just for that factor.
