I'm lost
I replaced the thermostat and now it's reading correctly but now it's leaking. I replaced the gasket twice and I replaced the housing and it's still leaking around the bottom of the housing. Should I put double gaskets and put a ton of sealant on there?

No, both surfaces need to be properly clean. I prefer to put a light coat of rtv on both mating surfaces and then the gasket in the middle.
No just put a little rtv on the gasket and install

I'm there all the other times, too, but I don't have to correct you when you're right lol

I'll ask my question one more time to see if perhaps someone will have an idea. 98 xj, 4.0/ax15. Possibly glazed my clutch trying to crawl a tire, at first it just seemed like the clutch wasn't grabbing as well. Drove it for an hour with no problems, then all of a sudden I push in the clutch pedal and it goes to the floor, then I let off and it has pressure again. Its still shifting good and seems to be grabbing pretty close to normal, however the clutch pedal won't go to the floor. I have to force the pedal down to where it engages the clutch safety switch in order to start the Jeep. Going to bleed the slave cylinder tomorrow and take it from there. Only 3000 miles on a new clutch kit.
