Lots of "how to's", regarding UCA bushing replacement, but...
What would be the correct upper control arm bushings for a 1993 XJ?
OEM Parts book shows a P/N 52038025 for the '93. It actually shows a different arm for each year: '91, '92 and '93. Finding any suspension mfg that still has the cross reference info on their website is proving to be next to impossible.
I've found places selling P/N 52038025 and 52038025-CL (both parts mfg by Clevite, 18280.04 and 18207.03 respectively), both claimed to fit UCA for '91-'01, but there are dimensional issues to the tune of .25 between the two parts.
I'd really like to use Moog parts but I've also run into issues with their application guides, and none of their parts cross to the OEM P/N. I'm replacing the UCA's so I only need 1 pair of bushings.
Any/All help would be greatly appreciated!

A couple questions- 1988 Cherokee xj 4.0 AW4
Best/cheapest place to find the gatterback belt? I found rock auto for $29 to my door.
Is there a next best thing?
I replaced the entire fuel pump sending unit about 2 years ago with a AIRTEX brand SU. I was looking at rock auto for a new pump and it shows 2 different types to buy depending on what came factory. Well at this point idk which to buy and I'm not buying the $200 sending unit from carter due to it being double the price of airtex that I bought. Which pumps will work with the airtex setup?

Issue 1:
Maybe once a week on average (happened again today, that's why I'm posting this time), my battery connection seems to be bad. During the summer the jeep began to not start. So each time I would disconnect the poles and reconnect and it would do the trick. Then, after 2-3 other issues, I bought a battery pole cleaner (not sure how you call it) and it seemed to solve my issue.
Although now it started doing it again. It's been about 3 times it happened and just disconnecting a reconnecting seems to do the trick. The poles are clean and the nuts are properly tightened. What could be my issue here?
Issue 2:
Sometimes I come to start the jeep and it dies right when it's about to start. The next time try, I always wait a good 10-15 seconds before it starts. I press the gas at the same time, no idea if it helps or not but it always ended up restarting. I'm about to change plugs & wires aswell as the distributor cap, could my issue be related to that? I changed the CPS last year, also just replaced the TPS about 2 weeks ago and cleaned the throttle body & IAC about 2 months ago if that can make any difference.
Thanks!

What's the condition of the main ground and the wires themselves.
Trace the wires back to the alternator and the fuse block and make sure they arent corroded

^^^ This. The wires will often corrode under the insulation and cause problems. Refresh all the grounds and connectors and get the battery tested.
I have an opportunity to buy a 98 XJ 2 door. It's pretty much a parts vehicle. My question: I have an 88 XJ 2 door. What's compatible between a Renix era XJ and a later one? I wouldn't mind the 8.25 rear end. What else can I swap? Interior? Sheetmetal?
Thanks
Thanks

Axles are good, long block is good, only interior pieces I can think of are the seats themselves will mount up to your frames.
