What are some other reasons a 4.0 zj wouldn't get to operating temp, besides the thermostat?

I'm stumped right now.

Could be a bad temp sender. Have you verified the temperature?

Sitting at like 165ish and won't get warmer at idle. My heat is crap now. It worked a month ago.

gg. So you've actually verified the temp then?

Any other signs of running rich? O2S, IAT, CTS, and of course MAP tube are suspects. DFlintstone had a similar issue for the longest time and it ended up being the O2 sensor.

Took it for a drive and now it's fine. My XJ is pissing me off(rust) and I'm tired.... Or I'm just going insane. Thanks for the list. I'll check it out tomorrow.

The thermostat that was in it was trashed. Cruiser, being a poor college kid I got the cheaper one at Napa since I get a discount. But I did get the all stainless one.

I am replacing my leaf springs with new rancho 1.5" lift springs. I need bushings and ubolts. I noticed the ubolt kit comes with bushings and pins and costs 50$ what are these bushings for can i just buy ubolts? http://www.4wd.com/Jeep-Lift-Kits-Je...FWQOOgodOzoAig

Dunno. Shock bushings?

You can just buy the U bolts on their own at most parts stores, or kits like Rubicon Express.
