Working on replacing my alternator on a '95 Country. I can't get the power steering bracket loose. I've loosened the bolts pictured below (pivot, lower/rear slider bolts and the adjuster bolt). I still can't get it to budge. Now that I'm typing this I'm wondering if I should have been tightening the lower adjuster bolt...anyhow, any ideas?

The only bolt I loosened on the rear side of the pump was the upper bolt that allows the pump to slide back and forth. I think I know which bolts you are referring to though. Sounds like I missed one.
If you mean front, lower bolt next to the adjuster bolt that allows pump to more back and forth, then yes, that's loose.

Just saw my driver's headlight is out.
I recently did the harness and bulb replacement project.
The brights work, but the low beam is dead.
So, the connection isn't loose since the high beams work.
What do you think the problem is?

I tried the cruise control at highways speeds, and it worked!
Before, I was only testing it at 30mph or under.
Does the CC only work above a certain speed?

It's vacuum actuated. I imagine if you have a vacuum leak, it may not function at lower pressures. Just a guess.
