I have gone through all the online stores and cannot find even the name or part number for the lever or any or the parts that make sense to me. Can someone point me to a site, a member that knows this kind of thing, or even just list the parts I should check?

Thanks.

I doubt it's the cab lever that's your problem. Crawl under there and have a look at your Brake Equalizer.

Yours might look a little different, but there's a 13mm nut on there that you can adjust to tighten it up. BUT...if your rear brakes haven't been serviced in a while...you may want to check there first. There are also adjusters on the drums.

Likely a spring on the ratchet mechanism has broken or come off. The 'button release' is it jammed of does it move?
I suggest removing the center console (easy) this will expose the working parts of the e-brake handle for diagnosis and can likely be easily fixed.

Thing looks brand new.

Beside the dealer would tell you 50 things that were wrong with it.

I'm popping a code P0420. I don't really know what else to do. I'm gonna test the cat with my dad's IR thermometer later I guess. Hahhhh.

I swore I was not going to dump anymore money into my heep but I can't help myself.

Is there a direct axle swap for the front stock dana 30 axle? If so, what kind of axle, dana 44?

If it (donor axle) has to be modified, what all is involved?

Only axle that is a direct swap that isn't another D30 is a quasi-D44 from a TJ Rubicon.

Everything else is fabrication to put new everything suspension-related mounts on.
