Hmm. Then I am very lost. I'm having a buddy help me by phone and I have little mechanical knowledge.
I have had like 3 people explain this to me and I know I'm missing something really simple.
What bolt am I missing?

Now last question on this I swear. How do get something down there to loosen it? The fan is in the way for me to get my socket to the bolt on the pulley.

don't try to take the fan off. You need a special tool to hold the fan in place while torquing on the bolts. Just invest in an extension for the socket.

Dukie is right it is a slight pita but it is do able. Chrysler wouldn't have made it impossible since it needs servicing. If I still lived at home with all my tools I would take a picture of the socket for that. You need the swivel one plus an 18" adapter. Works like a charm
