If you've managed to get it out somehow you need to replace the entire bushing, the inner sleeve and outer sleeve (that sits inside the leaf eye) are pretty much integral to the rubber part.

I recently bought a jeep cherokee sport 2001 4x4. Car ran pretty good for a while until recently the check engine light came on due to a misfire. When i start the car sometimes the car begins to shake, when it does this i simply leave the car alone for a little and when i come back it starts up just fine, what could be causing the misfire to happen only sometimes and not all the time? I need some suggestions
From your description of circumstances it's likely that you have one or more P0300, P0303, and/or P0304. 2000+ XJs with the extra catalytic converters in the exhaust manifold run very hot, and the heat from them tends to boil the fuel right in the injectors and rail. When you restart the engine it runs horribly because the fuel isn't spraying right. Let it sit long enough and it liquifies again. I believe this problem starts showing up in higher mileage or dirty 4.0Ls as the cats get hotter as they age due to buildup. I'm not sure if there's any cleaning possible.
At any rate Chrysler has a TSB for this: Wrap the fuel rail and injectors in thermal insulation, "heat wrap, foil tape, or whatever you want to call it.
Yeah it was an option. I've seen a carrier in person. Wasn't for me to have though
