Really. You have to ask this. With all the lift threads. So you have an SYE installed original poster.

Your driveline is off really bad due to the lift. You need at this point an SYE so that you can use a DC joint and eliminate the driveline vibrations. Your problems will be solved

Not to have been harsh. Too many people wanna troll with basic questions. I will say to search cause this topic has been discussed before. Look up SYE so you can determine which you'll want

Not CV. A double cardon. Like from an xj front driveshaft or some zj models depending on the length you need

Spring still in the vehicle or no?

If you've managed to get it out somehow you need to replace the entire bushing, the inner sleeve and outer sleeve (that sits inside the leaf eye) are pretty much integral to the rubber part.

First off, you need to get into the habit of getting the trouble code read (yourself or somewhere like Autozone) whenever you see that thing come on. Extremely important troubleshooting information that will save you time and money!

From your description of circumstances it's likely that you have one or more P0300, P0303, and/or P0304. 2000+ XJs with the extra catalytic converters in the exhaust manifold run very hot, and the heat from them tends to boil the fuel right in the injectors and rail. When you restart the engine it runs horribly because the fuel isn't spraying right. Let it sit long enough and it liquifies again. I believe this problem starts showing up in higher mileage or dirty 4.0Ls as the cats get hotter as they age due to buildup. I'm not sure if there's any cleaning possible.

At any rate Chrysler has a TSB for this: Wrap the fuel rail and injectors in thermal insulation, "heat wrap, foil tape, or whatever you want to call it.

Yeah it was an option. I've seen a carrier in person. Wasn't for me to have though
