That's the standard problem, but losing all of them is likely a fuse, a wire, or a unique board problem.

Perhaps it's a mixture? Wires in the door boot got worn through and the solder on the lock button is jacked up?

Pull the boot off and check all of the wires... They can get messed up from all of the movement.

Those are the two common issues.. you can re-solder the circuit board easily if that ends up being the issue

They DO* get messed up.

This is why most XJ door speakers don't work. It's feasible that the power window wire(s) could've also rubbed and frayed as well, though it isn't a common issue.

i know there's some ****ed up wires I saw them last time the doors were off, and taped them. Hopefully that's it.

It's in the "extremely common XJ issues" thread though!

And Branden... do yourself a favor, buy a $20 soldering iron, solder, and a little kit of heat-shrink.

Hows this? all the jeeps weight is on them and they are already binding with the brackets, thinking of trimming it off so it can go more, or should i just get a longer shackle?

Longer shackle or move it back a hole to drive on. You need a longer shackle so it won't bind, I would grind them...

^^^^^^^^this. Get the longer shackles. I see grinding them as messing with their integrity.
