Vibrations after brown dog rubber mounts. Any ideas? I even read AND followed the directions.

Beats me. The list of part numbers I rattled off ARE the OE numbers. I'd try getting ahold of the one specified by the manual instead of some universal deal.

Also IIRC Brown Dog has VERY specific torque pecs that must be adhered to, otherwise you can mad vibrations.

Isn't that what I was implying when I said to drive it?

LOL. It's the cross bolts that will accentuate the vibes. Drive a bit, loosen cross bolts if still unhappy.
