Anyone know where I can find the 0331-0630 adapter plate?

you don't need one. I run a 7120 head and don't use an adaptor with no leaks. The 7120 has even bigger ports than the 0630.

Default #3 Running Rich

So, new head, headers, new valves. Pulled the plugs today because my MPG is has been really bad the last few tanks. Was around 15ish now 12.5 to 13 mpg. The reworked head has about 900 to 1000 miles on it.

What is up with 3? 4 had a little black but nothing like 3. I replaced the E3s with some Champions today also.

So, what is causing this?

BTW, the 4.0 runs fine. No hesitation or rough idle.

I got a cracked 0331 and I just happen to have a spare 0630 in my garage.

I'm doing a new head work myself. What's the best head to put back on my 95 XJ?

Check the replacement plugs after 1000 miles and report back.

Hopefully someone from Europe will chime in. We never had your particular engine in the USA.

Excellent response!! The funny thing is that I suspect most folks on here thought your post was by an American with poor English skills.

Our friend here is in South America, just for future reference.

Sadly, his posts are more easily understood than some of the Americans'.

7120 and 0630 is pretty good. I don't really get what u are saying? I mean it's only options u have

Both of them are still high outputs
