my engine light came on and i went to autozone to see what the problem is and i have an evap leak somewhere but today i also noticed my ac and heat werent working but they did before the engine light came on, could these two problems be related?

Check all rubber hoses on the intake manifold, and the evap detection pumps, and the one under the jeep near gas tank.

check your vacuum cannister located behind the passanger side front bumper. for the heat and ac at least.

i looked up causes of PO445 code and the causes are something wrong in engine wiring harness or connector short circuit, purge control solenoid short circuit or PCM/ECM malfunction, is this an easy cheap fix or no?

i just popped my hood and turned my truck and i heard a ticking noise, im assuming thats my problem?

Plenty o salt. Specially this year. Was lookin at different possibilities for undercoating cuz I want to do the rockers as well. Thought about using truck bed coat, but someone suggested POR15. Any thots?

The ticking you're hearing is probably the evap purge valve. Normal to bear it but should stop ticking not too long after. Do the simplest fix first. Get a new gas cap. I had that code and got a mopar gas cap. Code went away.
