Right off the back is the large round thing with holes for what I thought the yoke connected to, or does the adapter bolt right on to that? Thanks for any help.
You need to get an adapter flange for your 1310 u joint. I found mine made by Spicer for like 35$

Yes. Search Harland Sharp or Yella Terra.

Ya I finally found some pics of what it looks like with it on. I figured you'd need a full yoke of it that then gets the adapter on to it. But I guess you just need the adapter thanks. Now to decide whether or not spend the $2k+ in parts and labor for the swap and regearing for the front and rear along with lockers lol.

Was driving, honked the horn. Horn honked for 0.5 seconds. Cut off. No more honking. Headlights were on. Blown fuse?

Also recovery strap recommendation? What weight should i shoot for?

I am wrong, it is a Benson,
Partsource is Canadian Tire's parts supply division and there is one here in the east end of Ottawa and we do deliveries for them, have to check and see if they have one!

How mechanicaly inclined are you?
I did mine myself and even 're geared it myself and only have about 700$ in it.
Doing it yourself is a very rewarding experience

Just started making a horrible racket the past 2 times I started it. Sounds like a bearing going out or some kind of metal on metal. I thought maybe it was the fan hitting something but that doesn't seem to be the case. Sounds like its almost from the rear end of the engine but also the front, so maybe somewhere lower front? I shot some video of the noise but that never helps.

Anyway with all the power windows working & headlights and stereo the voltage will drop by about .75V to ~13 and goes right back up. Power is still there, there was a slight movement at the RPM needle, and that's about it. I was going to take the belt off and make sure all the bearings on the alternator & idler pulley were working.

Good oil pressure - 24ish at hot idle, 50-60 on the highway, good mileage still - ~20mpg, fresher plugs, haven't done any maintenance. 700 miles on my oil change, no mis shifting or clunking.

Any other tips? Was going to demo another bike today cause my mountain bike **** the bed but looks like I'll be doing this instead :|

Look at your harmonic balancer.

I have a problem with my front calipers dragging occasionally. Once completely cooled they release. It also only happens on one front wheel at a time. So far the left side has done it twice and the right twice. All four times were several months apart and each time only one caliper would drag. That leads me to believe it might be this part pictured below but I don't know what it is. I think it's some type of equalizer but I need to know for sure. Can anyone identify this part? It's located right below the master cylinder.

This makes sense as I saw the engine shaking a little weird when I popped the hood for my initial "WTF IS GOING ON" diagnosis to make sure it wasn't on fire.

Got the belt off. Is there any telltale sign of harmonic balancer damage? It has no play, but it is obviously hard to turn with the engine off. Idler pulley has no play in it really, spins freely. Starter has mechanical resistance which I expected but turns okay. Waterpump turns too, and AC clutch isn't engaged so it just spins freely. Don't want to take the whole front end apart if its not that lol. I was going to replace the serp belt & idler pulley this year anyway so this isn't too bad of a deal, and have some motor mounts to go in

Proportioning valve. Basically it adjusts brake fluid pressure from the front and rear brakes.

Your problem could be a caliper piston issue. If made of a fiber rather than metal they can cause what your experiencing. Could also be the dust boots are damaged and letting debris in to the piston.
