I May have found the issue. ******* me was so concerned rebuilding obvious (u joints and center ball) i over looked the fact that just maybe the fitting is bad. No grease ever went in that i pumped. The zerk was packed with dust and rust. Spines look good on shaft gonna change fitting, grease up and see if there is any play.

Is there a definitive fix for the gas tank not filling all the way? I read many suggestions, tweaks and tips, none which really helped, but I haven't found one solid How To write up to fix the problem.
Mine starts cutting off at about the half way mark, which is totally annoying.

Not familiar with that. Have you tried putting the nozzle in not as far? The valve operates on back pressure, if it ends up on an angle you get pressure from it bouncing off of the side of the filler neck.
If not, perhaps your vent is clogged?

What size is the schrader valve on the fuel rail I have? I am looking for a tee fitting with right size hose and female adapter for fuel rail. Any places to buy fuel pressure test parts?

I was told that in order to weld part of my exhaust together the shop would need nickel rod due to the fact that the stock exhaust is an alloy and will "disintegrate" when attempted. nickel rod is apparently 100 bucks a rod. i know nothing of welding so is there truth in what i was told?
