Problem solved - no more a/c water leaks. Here is a link to the picture of the drain hose on my 1996 XJ

YES! (arm pumping up and down)

Actually that's a fairly common problem.

Ok, so after replacing that broke dizzy cap it fired right up and ran smooth. Till it started running rough and threw the CEL for the upstream o2. It does this often, but everything is new- ECM, o2, TPS, IAC.. When I got the headers in they had to extend the o2 wires. Maybe an issue there. I unplugged the o2 and nothing happened, no CEL. What gives?..

Maybe a bad connection where the extended the O2 wires. Or wires damaged on the header.

The nose usually knows. Soak some up on a paper towel, fluid will show it's true color. Sniff for confirmation.

Default what is this broken piece?

It sits right under the expansion valve on the firewall. It comes from the cab side of the firewall to the engine side. Appears to be black plastic.
Don't mind the water drops I was spraying off the engine

^ That is a bolt hole for the blower motor. I believe there is three of them.

WTF?! Now I'm getting a IAC code along with both o2 sensors reading the circuits are high.. Idles ok now, was rough, haven't gotten up to speed to see if it's still stuttering under top gear acceleration. I've refreshed grounds, I've replaced everything. Unplugging upstream o2 still makes no difference in idle. I need your input and advice guys, I'm getting super frustrated with this thing..

The bank 1 sensor 2 code is pending, the other two are stored codes. Thanks fellas.

Can't remember. Did you replace your IAC? If not did you do an ohms test on it.

PCM ground by the dipstick tube by any chance?

First thing to always check with O2S high voltage code is for a chewed or melted wiring harness.
