Thanks guys,
Talking to my buddy he said to pull the head,
Since there is no coolant in the crankcase and no oil in the radiator (the one that split the seam while climbing mt. Washington) he said it's probably the head gasket or the head is warped or bad.
And those fixes are easier than finding a good 00 or. 01.
By the way I drove it 40 miles back to my campsite by letting it cool when it started losing power.it starts right up now no knocking no ticking. What do you think?

Lol. There's not really a convenient/efficient way of beating it out. So I thought about a puller of some kind. I just don't know a whole lot about those.
I don't care if it looks pretty. I really just want to get it pulled out enough so I can mount some armor there, to cover it up and protect it

I seriously doubt a plunger will work. Its not popped in. That damage is from the secondary hit when my XJ got totaled. (His minivan spun and smacked it back there) I mean, don't think I won't try it though lol. My XJ is at my dads though and I'm not there.
I'm going to be googling some **** about body work tonight. I just wondering what fellow Cherokee owners would do with it.

Open the weld on the inside? Or where? Inside of the wheel well is smashed in too. I forgot to snap a pic of that.
I can weld (well I can "weld" still learning really) so I'm not opposed to that. I didn't even really think about the fact I have a parts jeep I could cut that out of. I just don't know if replacing that panel is buying off more than I could chew.
