Does anybody have a good write-up for the re1801 hack n tap install. I've searched but seems like the recommended links have been removed or moved on most forums. Just looking for some good tips that will help make the install smoother. I'm installing it on a 90 xj with 4.5" zone lift and np242

Once you cut the shaft to the proper length, center punch the middle, start the truck and engage reverse, and slowly drill with plenty of cutting oil.

No instructions are needed really. When i did my IRO, i left the staft at 1.5" long give or take, forgot aTM, and have a good grinder blade and goggles. Took me 15 mins to cut straight through without the TC spinning. Worked better with everything stopped. Just get good drilling oil and really good drill bits. Have extras

So my coolant temp sensor inside the cylinder head was damaged. Tried removing it, broke it in half. The threads are left in the head, and a bolt remover wont pull it out. Any ideas?

I used a combo wrench to try turning it, and I broke them. 7mm snap-on. I don't have the handle to use with it, so I tried the box end of the combo wrench.

Anyone running Mastercraft Courser MXT? not sure how good they are, can get them for $780 installed. Any better tires I should look into before getting these?

I heard that they had a 2 ply sidewall and aren't very durable. So I'm conflicted on what tires to get. What about Goodyear MTR Kevlars?

Coolant leaking into cylinders cleans the carbon off pistons.
Remember our threads about removing carbon from an engine using water?

When driving, Some times the throttle will kick out.. Motor begins to die.. But if i let off the gas and tap on the peddle a few times she revs back up and drives fine.
(also, the gas peddle also kind of locks up?) tps?
Does this sound like a fuel pump issue? I dont have any dash lights on. I replaced both 02's to see if it made a difference, but nothing.
Thanks.
