Is the straight pipe one a better design for any reason? I think they are similarly priced.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Stainless-Exhaust-Header-Manifold-for-Jeep-91-99-Wrangler-Grand-Cherokee-4-0L-/221529363223?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33942dd317&vxp=mtr
This is the one I've seen that was reported to need some handiwork done to fit. I just figured the OE seeming one fit better but if they're both like that, is there any advantage of the full pipe vs the flexpipe?

My temperature gauge is not working. Anyone know how much resistance the sender should read? 94 4.0 sensor in the back of the head.

Hey guys. I have a 93 Cherokee and a 96 Grand Cherokee. I'm considering putting the engine out of the 93 in the 96. So my question is this; does anyone know if there are any differences between the engines besides the hole in the head of the 93 for the temp sender? They are both the 4.0l but I don't know if they made any other changes. Thanks ahead of time. I just don't want to start this project and get to the other end without a running vehicle because of something that isn't obviously wrong.

Here's the wells test procedure for that sensor. http://econtent.autozone.com:24999/z...sheet_su12.pdf
if the link doesn't work just look up your part on the autozone website. There will be a Wells Test Sheet link towards the bottom of the product description page.

When I upgrade to a 99+ model intake I know I'll need a 99+ model power steering pump bracket. What year of power steering pump and pulley should I get if I plan on running 35x12.50x15

242 or 231?
The case and not the lever gets stuck?
If you reverse after going back into 2WD does it disengage?
Did you check fluid level?

I'm doing my exhaust and O2s on my 99... I took both O2s out of the boxes for some reason and got them mixed up. I know 23151 is upstream but I'm not sure which one is which.

I noticed one has like two little holes on the tip the other has a bunch of slots on the tip. Does anyone know which one is which?

Anyone have a good thermo fan controller and/or harness recommendations for heat soak issues on a 2000?

Also, anyone know of how to do a true tranny flush without a pump and withour having to drain the oil multiple times? On my ford we would remove one of the lines, start engine, drain x amount, add x amount, start again then drain the remaining and all the old fluid would be expelled this way.

My seat bolts broke, and are left inside the nuts. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get out. I have tried screw extractors, and vise-grips. Any tips to remove them?

Did the seat belt buckle let loose, sending the buckle into his nuts?

I'll grab a picture in the morning. But the bolts that hold the front seats' frame's down. There are 3 on each seat, two in the front, and one in the back. As well as a stud. The studs are fine, but the bolts have broken inside the nuts, which are welded inside the floor/frame.
