Wiring is what I figure since the last 2 POs were both teenagers and when I got the jeep the wiring harness was all hacked up and taped back together. I have spent close to $100 on just weather pack connectors and pig tails replacing what they had cut up/off. It's a work in progress and sooner or later I will get it tracked down.

Looks like I'll be swapping my factory shackles for some MJs soonish. Should I worry about seized bolts like when I installed my lift 2 years ago or should everything come out easy(ier)?

Unplug your Coolant Temperature Sensor. If the problem goes away with it unplugged, replace it. If not, plug it back in. Free test.

This connecter is located under the dash and not plugged into anything. There are 6 wires going too it:
Two "white w/black stripe"
One "tan w/black stripe"
Two "black"
One "grey w/orange stripe"
Anyone know what its for?

1994 cherokee 4.0, what's the correct amount of fuel pressure I should be seeing at idle at the rail? 40 or 49? I've seen multiple responses.

I don't remember the actual values but there is a lower reading with the vacuum connected to the fuel pressure regulator, and a higher one when the vacuum is removed from the FPR.

Hmm.. Well I'm sitting at 40 at idle. I wanna go grab the tester again and see if it drops right away after I shut the motor off. Wanna find out why it's so sluggish to idle and start!
