They're Bosch. And no grease. Never had a problem before, this was only a couple. The rest were white.

Default 99 Cherokee wont start!

I am new to the forum but not to the Cherokee Scene! I have 3 Cherokee's and love em all. BUT I recently purchased a 99 sport with the 4.0 in it and when I got it it had been sitting for 6 months or so. It started right up and ran like a top. After driving it 10 miles or so it started surging. This got worse, then it started flooding and blowing black smoke. This was periodically at first but got to where it did it most of the time. I went 98 miles on a tank of gas. I let it set for a few days then it wouldn't start at all. Checked the pressure on the fuel rail and there was none. So I put a pump in it, still no pressure, checked the wires at the tank and none seem to have power but the fuel gauge works. I can start it up on either but that's it. What do you guys think I need to try next?

Haha guessing so, they are under warranty so I'll use grease and see if that helps on the new ones. I just can't see why after 900 miles they would be like that.

They are Bosch, they were the "best" I could get supposedly. I don't think any wire sets we sell at autozone carry the grease to be honest.
