The cloth on black XJ seats isn't really black, more like dark grey still. The vynil side is. If you want proper black leather's the only way to go.

on a young mans poor budget, junkyard is the only way i can go, I have only 1 mechanic set to my name and no ability to weld in different seats. The struggle is real. That is, unless NewKindOfClown saves the day.

Question salad. How long would it be before this website would fall into chaos if you were to disappear?

My wife make poutine here in North Carolina but it's the crotte de fromage that we cannot get here (cheese curds). That squeaky cheese is the best!

I've had poutine here in MD, but it just isn't the same. And then there's those pieces of hotdogs they put in there.

We need a wheeling trip to Canada.

My 2000 has a black interior, carpet and main part of the seat is a grey color, but everything else is black. I did the headliner in black to match. I'll put up a pic tomorrow morning in the daylight.

I am going to Canada in November, can pick you up on the way. Going to the French territory. Levis, just across the St. Lawrence from Quebec City.

I can't even eat poutine at the moment on account of my wisdom teeth being pulled :'( Oddly enough most poutine I've had from Quebec was absolute ****. Watered down soup mix with McCain Super Fries.

There's no cheese curd down there? Whaaa?

Nonsense. Anything can go into poutine! I like to think I pioneered the Bacon Poutine movement in Kingston. A few years ago I asked for some deep friend bacon in my poutine at a local shop. Now it's a menu item. Hah! Find if anyone in la belle province can do a galvaude lol

That's quite the drive! I wonder if you'll be going near the Quebec-New England HVDC transmission line. The towers are quite distinct; tall narrow guys with only two cable bundles.

Only place I have heard of with cheddar cheese curds in the States is Wisconsin..
22 hours. I have noticed massive transmission line towers on previous visits. Two cables.

That's a decent drive.

This is at the other end, near the source: (well, close)

Bigass hydroelectric project is where it comes from. Way cool. The generator hall is over half a mile long. Well, one of about 7 locations!

I went to Quebec City and Montreal on a high school trip for 4 days. 14 hour drive from Rising Sun, MD. That mall in Montreal, is unbelievably large. It was so awkward being there, they all knew me and my friends were America's. The food court basically came to a screeching halt when we walked in. Haters !

The poutine I had came from whatever the major fast food chain is up there. It had hot dogs that were spicy in it and they called it "sausage".

The only food available in Canada is Tim Horton's. Anything else, you need to shoot it yourself
