Could I use copper line to replace sections of fuel line or should I stick to steel?

I would say steel, as copper will work harden far quicker.

without looking..... maybe low gas light?

thats the same cluster i have. the ORANGE light at *8* o clock is the low fuel light. unless you have another light that is RED at SEVEN o clock, then I am stumped. :-p

if it is just a red led that u see there even when it isnt lit, might be aftermarket alarm light.

Copper is soft, probably won't end well if your tire picks up a piece of gravel

I heard that the little red light is the warning that the engine is in self-destruct mode.....

does anyone know, off-hand, what size socket I need to turn my crank over by hand? I have to attempt to replace my camshaft position synchronizer and sensor in a parking lot. :/ I'm just trying to minimize the amount of tools I need to bring with me.

Thanks.

Might be. There was a speaker horn under hood when he first got it. "Luckily" hasn't caused any stupid problems.
The light is only about 1/8" dia.
Low fuel light is yellow icon on gauge itsself.

Thanks

We're talking about me here. That's still a distinct possibility, but at least with the right bolts I won't end up cage-side down in a river
