These buggers. from what I understand, they're for the 89is to 93is 4.0l engines... I think my 93 has em... like I said, just trying to help out the locals

Not for any 4.0 before at least 91.

I found that out today. I'll have to go look at mine when it's light tomorrow. While we're on the subject, Do you have part #'s for the renix jeeps? From what I saw today, they're definitely not the same as the 96 and newer ones.

The vacuum harnesses on Renix Jeep 4.0s from 87 to 90 come in 3 kits.

Renix Vacuum Harnesses-Tip 22

The vacuum harness that attaches to the front of the valve cover and includes the grommet/fitting, and is called the front harness, is Napa part number BK 715-1367 or is a Dorman 46003.

The vacuum harness that is closest to the air cleaner, EGR etc, and is called the rear harness, is Napa part number BK 715-1366 or is a Dorman 46004.

The tube from the rear of the valve cover to the intake manifold is part number BK 715-1365 or Dorman 46005 and comes with the valve cover grommet.

He's talking about the CCV elbows, not the harness that attaches to them

Quoted from his post "Do you have part #'s for the renix jeeps? From what I saw today, they're definitely not the same as the 96 and newer ones."

Yep.. Chrysler did that for 1997+ XJs. All TJs are like that too. Just a sock in the tank to keep the chunks out... I guess with the move to plastic tank and better fuelling practices a proper filter is less of a concern?

Or the giant OE 1-hole injectors will shoot anything out! lmao

Do you have the under hood light that pulls out? That almost looks like that power feed.

My 88 underhood light only has one red wire and a non weatherproof connector, grounding (and coming on) when the hood is propped up, that is in the same area as the blower but I believe the blower has a solid black and solid green, no red or traced wires

With the retractable light there was a 2 wire connector.
