Has anyone ran the puma a/t from treadwright. I know they Are retreads but I need new tires soon and I wanna run these for a year or two. They will mostly see highways driving and occasional light offloading nothin too aggressive.

Edit: oh and how do they handle in rain slick roads and snow but most importantly is that kedge grip worth it

Default confused ;+/

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated... first of all I have a 1988 jeep cherokee 4x4 automatic with an inline 6.... this baby only runs when she wants to...sometimes it will fire up..than sometimes it wont start for months....recently it has been starting up without a problem..than I was gonna take her out fir a spin (she's not my daily driver) seems like she knows...she wont start.....I know when it will start because I will hear the ignition or fuel pump engage for a couple seconds. If I don't hear that I know it wont start....when I hear it engage she works like a charm...when it doesn't. I don't have spark or fuel....????? I've changed the cps on the bell housing tried to bypass the fuel pump but still nothing .......any suggestions??? Oh btw does this year jeep come with an alarm....I've noticed a clifford alarm almosts looks like a kill switch underneath the dash...do you think it might be related to this issue???... any answers would be greatly appreciated...Thx

Default airbox

I am trying to change the high pressure hose on my jeep but i cant get to where it connects to the steering box down below. I want to remove the black box that is to the right of the power steering pump so i can get access to it, i think the box is the airbox. Is it? Is that a good way to get acess to the power steering hose nut? and how do i remove or just move the black box?

Maybe my search 'terms' aren't correct but I can't seem to find a solution.
My steering hops when turning as if I'm in 4wd. The selector is in 2wd and it's definitely not giving power to the front wheels. But any amount of turning gives that wheel hop and steering wheel jerk. 4wd works perfectly fine when the selector is in 4wd although the 'part time' light stopped coming on. Any suggestions?

Take off the cover, remove Air filter& there should be 2 or 3 bolts underneath remove those and you are good to go.

There is a great write-up on making sure your part time light works, you should check it out! As far as your steering issue, Im not really sure. Maybe check your power steering fluid level? If not equipt then Im not sure.

Default Head Bolts

Is there a need to use new head bolts when you swap heads? I am putting a 94 block in my 2000 XJ and going to use my 2000 head, intake, exhaust, etc.
