Nope, 12mm 12 point. Mine rounded off instantly on account of rust. Socket was okay but no guarantees!
You can buy replacement bolts at most American dealers for a fair price. Up here they wanted $18 for one so I picked up a box of 10 hex head cap screws and some washer at Fastenal for $30

The XJ gas tank is 20 gallons / 75 litres, but when the fuel gauge is at the empty mark and I fill the jeep to its maximum capacity, I always end up maxing out at 60-65 litres (around 16 gallons).
Is that normal and I always have 10 litres left in it, or I'm just missing something here? Maybe it's stupid question but I really have no idea if it's normal or not.

Anybody have an 8.25 laying around? The spring pad has a hole in the center for the pin, and then square punchouts fore and aft of the hole. I need to know the distance between the center of the hole and the center of the forward punchout.

Believe my brakes on the 98 xj are having issues, recently got new pads, rotors, shoes, drums, complete hardware kit. Rear brakes are adjusted. Also got a new master cyl. Pedal feels mushy. System was flushed and bled multiple times by multiple people lol. I only have 235/75 R15 tires on, Should I be able to lock up the wheels at higher speeds? Non ABS. Any input would be great.

My 94 jeep Cherokee XJ country will rev up to 2000 rpm, quickly drop to 1000 then shoot back up to 2000 for about a second and repeats this with no engine light, if i want to build speed i have to keep my revs bellow 2000.
Tried replacing TPS sensor but didn't seem to help.
Would you possibly know what might be wrong?

You should absolutely be able to lock your tires. Was the master cylinder new or remanufactured, and was it bench bled? From what I understand, they have about a 40% failure rate on reman units. It's also important to make sure your line fittings are tight and not allowing air to bleed through.

Also check the rubber hose under the map sensor going to intake manifold.

1. Air at the top. The stated tank capacity is absolute, but it is artificially restricted to allow for expansion.
2. If it was actually empty your Jeep would have shut off from running out of fuel
Nope. That's a service guide again... Owner's Manual has stuff like how to use the turn signal, adjust the seat, etc. Did your vehicles not include one?
+1 sounds like air is getting in there that isn't accounted for.
