Routing my tranny cooler. Bottom line is the return feed, correct? I'm going radiator cooler --> aux cooler --> tranny

I'll probably double check it but I just want to make sure.

Yep, should run to the back of the tranny. If in doubt, run it in neutral for a minute and you should be able to feel the colder line.

Bottom is the input and upper should be the return to the transmission. I think with any hydraulic coolers they go in that route.

Yeah I should clarify:



^That bottom line. From the side of the radiator it'll swap. You want to "fill" the radiator from the bottom up to bleed out the air. Same with the cooler.

Okay so top is the return. I'm referring to off the rad. I guess I'll use those zipties. They look hoopty.

Maybe a dumb question but did any other Chrysler vehicles come with WJ seats? I'm swapping those into my XJ and every time I go to the yards the drivers seats are always gone so was curious if I have other options.

Alright guys.. might have just made a big mistake. Replacing the AW4 and didnt get the torque converter lined up properly before I put the trans back in and tightened the bolts down. How f#$%ed am I? Did I wreck the pump?

loosen it up and turn the convertor until it pops in place and tighten up everything. I made the same mistake when I swapped my aw4 and didn't have any problems

Huh, well damn that would be great if it didnt ruin it. Visually it looks ok so I may just throw it back in and hope for the best.

it's technically not OEM but I don't wanna start a thread for this.

do 703 injectors have a micro-filter, and if they do, is it necessary to replace it when cleaning them?

I used them to spray some brake cleaner and they all spray fine, was just wondering if I have to go through the trouble of taking them apart or not

cheers, will a place like napa have rebuild kits with o-rings and filters or do I need to check online? i don't know what I am looking for, so basically is there a universal kit or I need to look for 703 specifically

So guys, I bought a new fuel pump (Delphi is the brand) to replace my old buzzing one and while I was at it, got a new (new to me) gas tank as well to replace my dented old one. Put it all together and the new pump buzzes louder than my olde one, so I took it back and got another under warranty and put it in and it does the same thing. What the heck, so am I doing something wrong, did I get two faulty pumps? Any ideas? I have a couple buddies who own a shop and they said Delphi is about the best brand you can get. Any ideas?

Did you put the conical rubber duma flodgie on the bottom of it and get it into the recess in the bottom of the tank?
