Finally got around to testing my TPS. According to the '99 FSM it says:
At 0 throttle I get .76 volts. It's smooth going up. I can pull out my crappy analog meter if I must. At WOT I only get 3.99V. It seems like unless I'm in park it's always fueling at least a little bit. It idles perfect in park and drops to 700 and doesn't move. Idling downhill I previously post a video of it fluctuating between 1k-1.2krpms which makes a snoring type sound. Is my TPS bad? Are auto zone lifetime warranty ones OK or should I get MOPAR? Any other thoughts?
Edit: also if I downshift to 3rd(around 48mph) the rpms go steady but the OBD2 reader doesn't peg to 99mpg like other vehicles seem to do. IIRC it drops a little.
With the ignition key in the ON position, check the TPS output voltage at the center terminal wire of the connector. Check this at idle (throttle plate closed) and at Wide Open Throttle (WOT). At idle, TPS out-put voltage should be greater than .26 volts but less than .95 volts. At wide open throttle, TPS output voltage must be less than 4.49 volts. The output voltage should increase gradually as the throttle plate is slowly opened from idle to WOT.

first time I look into replacing my sway bar bushings and I stumbled upon those :

I guess that I have to remove the rubber bushing inside and reuse the stock bracket? I just want to make sure before buying anything. and while I'm at it, are those any good or it's preferred to get bushings that have the bracket built into them? cheers

Correct, reuse the stock bracket, it will be of better quality and retains the bushing better than an aftermarket strap.

The EnergySuspension bushings I bought came with brackets, I used them to practice welding for the first time.

Meh... just givin' you a couple options. While, I've never really seen any instances of "failure" in the aftermarket brackets, Steve makes a good point - they are essentially just flat pieces of steel bent to the shape of the bushing. The factory bushings are stamped steel that encapsulate the entire bushing - not just clamp over the center of it.

Cant for the life of me find a throttle valve cable on rockauto.com for my 2000 sport. Anyone know of a site or at least where on rock auto it would be? I went through most sections individually but couldnt find it

because it's usually a part of transmission. You would have to take apart the trans pan, valve body and few stuff to get it out.
