Yes if you justrun your speakers with the head unit then use the rcas for a sub amp

Okay thanks. Should I be worried about underpowering my speakers? I will only have 22 watts shooting into 35 watt speakers. Also there is a setting on the head unit for "loud" I believe....anyway I think you turn it on if your speakers are rated between 30-50 watts and turn it off if its below 30 watts, and mine are 35 watts, should I turn it on? (the speakers sound alot better with it turned on)

Dont use the loud button all it does is cause distortion, as far as under powering, it should sound ok with just the speakers off the head and a small amp running a 10, dont use an 8 you wont be happy

Would a sub get hooked to the amp or the head unit. And another question, can we hook a sub to the stock head unit?

It looks like there are only one set of pre amp outputs, but the description said that there were two. In any case you could just use high level inputs right customizer?
Yeah I just looked, your amp will have two sets of high level inputs that you can use for your two channels and keep the preamp for a sub later.

Thats what I was thinking because the amp came with high level input wiring... The only problem is that the high level input wiring is only 5" long so should I splice wire to it so it can reach the head unit?

So can I just cut the speaker wires that are plugged into the head unit and splice the high input wires into the wires connected to the head unit, and use the speaker wire from the amp wiring kit to splice into the wires connecting the speakers? Sorry for the confusing question.

U lost me. It goes from the speaker wires on your radio to the high level in on your amplifier

i think the last poster was trying to say, so he should plug one end into his head unit and the other end just cut strip and splice togther to the amps hi in wires.

The high level inputs come from your hu yes and there is also a ground if I'm not mistaken. So ground that on the chassis and pay attention to the positive and left right of the amp and high level inputs so they will work right. And then you can have the outputs go directly to your speakers.
