No worries there. I wasn't sure if the grinding was to increase the radius of the inner curve, or if it was at the mounting area. Now I have an image in my head of what to expect if I need to clearance it

My window is doing this ^^^
It goes up and down fine, other than laboring a little at the top. Is this easy to fix? I looked up threads on window coming off track but they seemed to all be dealing with the regulator.

Roll the window down. Spray the channels liberally with silicone spray. see what happens.

Anyone know how to tell the difference between a Clearwater head and a stock 0331? Does the Clearwater have a certain casting mark in it that the factory head doesnt?
Edit - I found a thread that looks like it might help but still looking for a solid answer.

Differential question:
'99, 2wd, 8.25, Spartan locker
There is a good bit of play in the diff, maybe 1/8.
I read post #2 in this thread
https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/rear-diff-play-slop-51490/
that implied a locker results in more play than an open diff.
Is this true? I'd like to think my diff is not about to explode.

Is it possible that a jeep can give you a big middle finger in fog on the window? Mine did to me this morning when i woke it up from the cold

All I'm hearing is "replace this, replace that".. and while you're at it... how about this too?.... damn! lol... make it stop!

I'm assuming you mean the inside of the windows frosted up and it took forever for them to clear? Happens because the door and window seals aren't as good at keeping moist air out anymore. Happens in a lot of older vehicles, not just Jeeps.
