when I did mine I put it nose down (pointed it down hill)filled the bottle.Turned the heater on hot started the jeep let it idle till it came up to temp watching the level in the bottle.Check to make sure the upper radiator hose gets hot.If it doesn't there is still a bubble, which causes the t-stat not to open.whats happening is the hot water is just going through the head not into the radiator, thats why its boiling over through the bottle.

Measure from the inside mounting surface of the rim to the outer most lip of the rim. Like so:

I'm pretty sure all stock cherokee wheels except maybe the upcountry package, have 5.25" B.S.

Yes, running the heat just helps the motor heat up faster.

I thought running the heater pulls heat off the motor and into the cab?

The engine has to be hot before heat can be pulled off of the engine doesn't it?

you need the heater control vavle open in order to in sure you have no air pockets in the heater core. If you dont open it and there is an air pocket the next time you open it it could just put that air in the engine.

Thanks.... Actually, I have (1) Lunati camshaft:
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 268/276
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 226/234
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .527/.547
LSA/ICL: 110/106
Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
RPM Range: 2000-6000
(2) Cylinder head and intake manifold ... porting + polishing + Competition valve jop.
(3) Ring and Pinion 4.56
(4) KandN + headers + exhaust system
(5) Two electric fan

.............. So, do you think that MSD will give my jeep a good push ?

I need to do a valve cover gasket but i cant get myself to buy a $40 gasket.

Could i just use RTV instead or do i still need the grommets?

i searched around but nobody ever really gave a definite answer as to if i needed the grommets

Is there, or should there be an electrical only area? Seems like it would make it easier to find common electrical issues and fixes. Or is this a horrible idea?
