LoL...how did I become a Renix guru?

I agree though it definitely sounds like a vac leak. Disconnect the lines one by one with the engine running and plug the hole with your finger. You're looking for the one that doesn't bring the idle back down. If all the lines check out ok the leak could be between the TB and the intake manifold, or between the intake manifold and the head.

How do you get a oil pan from
Under your jeep once its unattached yet blocked in by transmission and axle? After you have jacked it up, turned wheels, and tried about everything humanly possible??

FSM says to unbolt the engine mounts and jack the engine up using a block of wood between the jack and the vibration dampener.

IMO Rough Country and Rusty's have the most complete kits. I strongly suggest a kit that comes with full replacement rear leaf springs. Add-A-Leaf kits ride terrible and sag over time.

you can cap them. Best to get a new ball though. It will affect your cruise control and a/c vents if it's not there.

So I had my jeep in 4 wheel, and when I went to take it out it wouldnt. The part time light was off the whole time but the 4 wheel was still engaged. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
