hi,i received a 1994 Jeep Cherokee as a graduation present...problem is that the truck does NOT go straight and has ALOT of play in the steering wheel (when i say ALOT of play i mean i can make a full turn in the truck and the wheels will go nowhere) i want to put the truck on the road but i would like to fix this problem first...does anyone knoe what the problem may be?? i'm thinking the steering rack..but i'm not sure...need help here :-/
I was having a simmilar issue myself and eventually sorted out the problem a couple days ago. I am not saying that it might be the same issue with you but mines was the wiring to my oxygen sensor and i haven't seen you mention checking it in your post. however with the assistance of Cruiser54 and others i was able to resolve my issue.
The following instructon sheet i what i followed and it helped solve my problem.

After my last trail trip I decided I need a CB to stay in touch with everyone in the group.
What brand and model does everyone recommend?
