I have searched but in vain. Anyone know of a write-up for changing ujoints in rear driveshaft? Will i need fluid? What tools? Etc.........

A large c-clamp, as well as a hammer, can be used if no vice is handy.
You should check the condition of the output seal in the t-case and replace it too if it's leaking.
